I am Dorothy West and I enjoy creating empowering, collaborative relationships. As a Visionary Coach, I see others as magnificent leaders and call them forth to contribute their meaning and passion to the collective whole. My innate ability to see the core issue through the fog allows my clients to shift into forward motion, identifying and focusing on passionately using their gifts to experience the most exciting, fulfilling relationships and life. My vision and clarity combined with an entrepreneurial background and spirit create a powerhouse of energy that supports and encourages my clients to tap their potential. My humor and delight in life and people are contagious.
As co-creator of The Visionary Network, I enjoy training and coaching coaches, and supporting communication and connection among groups. My varied background includes coach training with three of the most well-known and respected training programs, and many years of teaching and working with groups.
